These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xineon website at xineon.io (the "Site"), operated by Xineon ("Xineon", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by law.
